WHAT IS GLUTEN?
Gluten is a protein found in wheat, rye or barley. You can find gluten in foods like pastas, and many refined baked products containing flour. Some people are severely allergic, have a sensitivity or are trying to stray away from gluten related products to lose weight.
ARE ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE?
Yes, all of our products are free of gluten. We use cream of rice instead of flour. Hence the rice grain in our logo :)
HOW CAN I ORDER PRODUCTS?
We are not taking online orders at this time. We are looking for more bakers to deliver all orders in a timely manner. In the meantime you can find us at our upcoming pop-up appearances.
